Can AnchorBind run inside our system so the data does not leave?

Private Node is planned. It is designed to keep your documents inside your own system.

AnchorBind's Private Node is designed to run in your own cloud account, private network, or approved server setup. The system you use for loans, title work, servicing, a marketplace, or county records connects from inside that network. The check runs there. Your team controls the storage. It keeps the documents, result, evidence package, and audit record there.

A managed API or private staff workspace is the other planned path. Your legal, privacy, and security teams approve what AnchorBind may process. They decide where it is stored, how long it is kept, and who may see it.

What the customer needs

  • An approved place to run the application
  • Access to the permitted files and evidence sources
  • Customer login, storage, access, and retention rules
  • One connection to the existing workflow
  • A human owner for anything that needs review

The Private Node deployment is designed to install like standard enterprise software. See the full private and managed deployment paths.

Keep the system. Keep the data boundary. Add the check.
